These Terms govern your use of MySideHustle.club (the Site). The Site is operated by Neon Learning Ltd, a United Kingdom limited company (we, us or our). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Information, not professional advice
The Site provides general educational and editorial information. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal, employment or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. Consider taking advice from an appropriately qualified professional before acting on information that could materially affect you.
Side hustles involve risk. Examples, forecasts, case studies and earnings figures are not promises or guarantees. Your results may differ significantly because of your skills, location, time, costs, market conditions and other factors.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for deciding whether an idea, product or service is appropriate for you and for complying with applicable laws, licences, platform rules, tax obligations and contractual duties. Verify time-sensitive information, including prices, availability and provider terms, before relying on it.
3. Accounts and memberships
If you create an account, you must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. You may not transfer your account or use another person’s account without permission.
Any paid membership, product or service will be subject to the price, renewal, cancellation and refund information shown at checkout, together with any additional purchase terms presented there. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, an account, data or connected system;
- introduce malware, overload the service, scrape it in a way that materially disrupts it, or defeat security controls;
- copy, republish or commercially exploit substantial parts of the Site without permission, except where the law allows;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or contains another person’s confidential information.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its original content, branding, design and compilation are owned by or licensed to Neon Learning Ltd and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal, non-commercial use. Other reuse requires our prior written permission unless a legal exception applies.
6. User submissions
If the Site allows comments or other submissions, you retain ownership of your content but give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and moderate it as reasonably required to operate and promote the Site. You confirm that you have the right to submit it. We may remove submissions that breach these Terms or create legal, security or community risks.
7. Advertising, affiliate links and third parties
The Site may contain advertising, sponsored material and paid affiliate links. We may receive compensation when you follow or act through certain links. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
Third-party websites, tools and offers are controlled by their respective providers. A link does not make us responsible for their availability, security, content, pricing or performance. Review the provider’s terms and privacy information before using it.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the Site useful and accurate, but information and services can become outdated or unavailable. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy or that every error will be corrected immediately.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, income, business, opportunity, goodwill or data arising from use of or reliance on the Site. We are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party service or by events outside our reasonable control.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the Site, comply with law, address non-payment, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, where a change materially affects registered users, take reasonable steps to bring it to their attention. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of Scotland, without taking away mandatory consumer protections available where you live. The courts of Scotland will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, which means a consumer may also be able to bring a claim in the courts where they live.
